Do I really need my own domain?
Yes — on every plan, including Free. Links run on your domain (like link.yourbrand.com), so your brand carries the trust and a shared-shortener outage can never take you down. Setup is a single CNAME record; the SSL certificate is issued automatically.
What happens when I shorten a link?
Every destination is inspected before it goes live: deny lists, Google Safe Browsing, domain age and an AI classification. Suspicious links are held for human review and dangerous ones are blocked — approved destinations are re-scanned later to catch bait-and-switch.
What does the Free plan include?
1 custom domain, 5 links per month, 5 QR codes and 7 days of analytics. No credit card required — upgrade only when you need more volume.
Can I change where a link or QR code points later?
Yes. Redirects use 302, so you can update the destination at any time — even for QR codes that are already printed. The code stays the same; only the destination changes.
How does payment work?
Pro is $15/mo and Business is $49/mo, billed monthly or yearly (yearly is discounted). Payments are handled securely by Whop.
Can I sign up with a personal email like Gmail?
Yes — Gmail, Outlook and other personal providers are accepted. Only disposable throwaway addresses and role accounts like info@ are turned away, and the Free plan is kept deliberately small so abuse stays out.
