URLVIS is operated not by a company but by an independent natural person established in Türkiye. Payments are handled through the Whop infrastructure.
1. Parties and acceptance of the terms
These terms govern the usage relationship between Tugay AKIN (the “Operator”), who operates the URLVIS service, and the natural or legal person who registers for the service (the “User”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. The service is not offered to persons under 18.
2. Scope of the service
URLVIS provides short link creation and redirection on the user’s own domain, QR code generation, aggregated click analytics, destination address risk scanning, domain connection, and the related dashboard features. Some features depend on the plan, usage quotas, or technical suitability.
The user’s domain belongs to the user. URLVIS does not take over ownership of the domain; it only provides the DNS and hosting configuration necessary for the service to work.
3. Account and security
Registration requires an email address belonging to the individual. Sign-in is performed with a time-limited link sent to that email. It is the User’s responsibility to protect the sign-in link and any open session, to prevent unauthorized access to the email account, and to keep account information up to date.
If you notice suspicious access, account takeover, or unauthorized use, you must report it to [email protected] without delay.
4. Plans and usage limits
- Free: 1 domain, 5 links per month, and 7 days of analytics visibility.
- Pro: 15 USD monthly or 120 USD annually (equivalent to 10 USD per month); 5 domains, 5,000 links per month, and 730 days of analytics visibility.
- Business: 49 USD monthly or 396 USD annually (equivalent to 33 USD per month); 25 domains, 50,000 links per month, and 1,095 days of analytics visibility.
The current plan contents and prices are shown on the home page and on the Whop checkout screen before purchase. Plan features may be changed prospectively; changes that materially affect a paid plan are not applied retroactively to the current period and are announced a reasonable time in advance.
5. Payment, tax, renewal, and cancellation
Paid subscription payments are processed through the Whop checkout page and the Whop Payments infrastructure. Card details are not collected or stored by URLVIS. In the relevant transaction, Whop Payments acts as the “merchant of record”, and where required by legislation, Whop may calculate and collect applicable sales tax or VAT-like indirect taxes on the checkout screen. The final amount is shown before payment confirmation.
Whop’s collection of certain taxes does not by itself remove the Operator’s or the User’s income, declaration, registration, or other legal obligations in their own countries. Each party is responsible for its own obligations.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually, depending on your selection. The annual fee for your chosen plan is collected in a single charge at the time of payment. You can cancel renewal from your Whop account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests are assessed taking into account mandatory consumer rights, the usage status of the service, and Whop’s payment terms. Rights arising from law that cannot be waived are reserved.
6. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Creating links for phishing, fraud, fake payments, or brand impersonation.
- Redirecting to malware, unauthorized access, tracking, or theft of personal data.
- Running spam, unsolicited bulk communication, or campaigns that violate applicable communications legislation.
- Redirecting to child exploitation, illegal products/services, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass the security scan, reverse engineer the service, or overload the infrastructure.
- Infringing others’ domain, trademark, copyright, privacy, or personality rights.
We may hold, block, or remove links associated with risky or prohibited content without prior notice; in the case of serious or repeated violations we may suspend the account. Records necessary to assess legal notices and security requests may be retained.
7. Security scanning
Destination addresses may be scanned with automated rules, domain data, reputation services, and AI-assisted analysis. This scanning is a security aid; it is not a legal, financial, or technical security guarantee. A safe address may be blocked by mistake, or a harmful address may go undetected.
The User is responsible for the content of the destination they share and for ensuring it remains safe when the destination changes. To appeal a decision, you can contact us with the link and your reasoning.
8. User content and intellectual property
You own the rights to your domain, your links, your destination addresses, and the content you upload. You grant us limited permission to process this data only to provide the service, maintain security, and enforce these terms. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and permissions.
The URLVIS name, interface, source code, original visuals, and other intellectual works relating to the service belong to the Operator. They may not be copied, licensed, or used to create derivative services unless expressly permitted.
9. Availability and changes
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given. The service may temporarily slow down or stop due to maintenance, provider outages, DNS propagation, security incidents, or force majeure. Significant planned outages are announced in advance where reasonably possible.
Features may be changed for security, legal, or technical reasons. In the event of a permanent change that significantly reduces the core benefit of a paid service, the user is given the option to cancel.
10. Account closure and data
You can cancel the subscription through Whop; to close your account and have your personal data deleted, you can contact us from your registered email address. Before closure, it is recommended that you download your link data using the export tools available in the dashboard.
After the account is closed, redirects may stop working. It is your responsibility to point your own domain’s DNS records to another service and to plan for the continuity of printed QR codes and links. Limited records that must be retained due to legislation or a dispute may be kept until the end of the relevant period.
11. Limitation of liability
URLVIS is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by mandatory rules of law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from third-party destination content, DNS providers, internet outages, user configuration, or addresses that the security filter misses or flags incorrectly.
This section does not eliminate liabilities that cannot be limited in cases of intent or gross fault, or under personal data protection or consumer legislation.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers’ rights to apply to the arbitration committees, courts, and other mandatory venues at their place of residence are reserved. The parties are expected to communicate in good faith to seek a resolution before a dispute arises.
